Shorts in Winter: No one cares about your tattoo

I don’t understand the guys who like to walk around in winter wearing shorts. You are obviously cold since you are also wearing a winter jacket.
Do you really think we want to see your legs? You are not more comfortable that way. If you claim you are, you are full of shit.
Do you think we like your tattoo? Do you think I actually believe there is a small panther ripping his way through your calf muscle ?
