Star Trek 2 – There will be Klingons…maybe
and that my friends has just made my day.
I certainly had a feeling they would be introduced and as any good Trekkie knows this far back in the Star Trek universe the Klingons are not friendly. It’s a long time before Klingon civil rights are introduced and Worf is able to become a member of the Enterprise crew.
Of course this is all judging by a screen shot from the MTV movie awards. There were Klingons in some deleted scenes from the first movie so maybe this is another little trick by J.J.

That said, it does appear to be the real deal. HitFix reached out to reps for the film and while they were “reluctant to go on the record,” they did say that the appearance of the Klingon on the monitor was not an accident.
So what’s the real story? I have no idea. How about you? Will there be Klingons in Star Trek 2?
Or better yet…will we meet Khaaaan?
