It’s a moment of shocking obliviousness when a man talking on his cell phone walks right off a a train platform and falls onto the tracks at a train stop in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Luckily for the wobbly walker, no train was coming and he is able to scramble safely out of harm’s way and back onto the platform.

The entire episode was captured on surveillance video by the Southeast Pennsylvania Transit Authority and released to the Associated Press in an effort to warn the public about the dangers of ‘distracted walking.’

‘Distracted walking’ huh? I know this stretch of the El well and if history tells me either he just got drugs, or he’s on his way to get drugs. No two ways around it. So I’d say ‘distracted walking’ is fairly accurate. Nothing more distracting than frantically chasing the dragon. Unless, he’s just a idiot. And kudos’s for SEPTA for releasing the tape and slowing it down to properly warn the public. Of course it would of driven the point home a lot more if he got slammed by a northbound train at 40 MPH and his Nokia flip phone went right through his cranium.

Jeff is way to boring to have a bio. He laughs at the at the most terrible things at the most terrible times. he also is a douchebag for writing this in the third person and should automatically have his hands chewed off by a rabid bear, however, follow this hard-on,
